To start, this is the first From game I've officially beaten and the 3rd one I've attempted to conquer. I started with Dark Souls, but bailed after I beat the first boss...I could tell the game was a bit too intense for me at the time (pretty soon after release). My second go was on elden ring... my save got corrupted about 200 hours in, which to this day keeps me from starting a new game (pain).
In spite of these setbacks and the games notorious difficulty, I decided to give Sekiro a go since it seemed like a fun blend of parry focused gameplay like in For Honor and other fighting games I enjoy, and the souls-like formula I came to appreciate in elden ring. I definitely got stuck a few times, but I never felt like I was in a situation I couldn't overcome.
A common concern I hear from people like me, who got their first taste of a souls like from elden ring and are thinking about trying another offering in the FromSoftware catalogue, is that there isnt a way to farm up and make yourself more powerful if you end up getting stuck at a boss. While at times it may seem that the damage you're doing isnt worth the effort, you gotta remember that the game rewards consistency. Yes, you may bang your head against certain enemies for a while, but repetition is the master of all skill, and the more you practice the better you will get.
People who are familiar with fighting games will get a lot of enjoyment out of this gameplay. There is a lot of overlap in practice, trading, timing, and aggressive back and forth fighting games and sekiro both encourage.
Just figured I'd share.

Hello everyone,
I'd like to (once again) write some more of my personal opinions regarding Swain's gameplay design currently, which I think even though it's pretty good, he still needs, I'd say one more mid scope for him to satisfy the dedicated players' expectations of the champion. I am a high diamond - master Swain OTP, I've been playing him for the past 3 years, witnessed 2 of his mini reworks. I "fell in love" with Swain because of his lore / voice lines and his design overall, alongside that amazing feeling of playing him during his R. I am really devoted to Swain and this is why I'm going through this, because I think he could be further tweaked to reach his maximum gameplay potential which would make me very happy. I've been posting reworks and ideas for long, but in this post I'm going to focus on the problems and not the solutions, having in mind my experience, and the... honestly, infinite amounts of texting with fellow Swain mains about his gameplay state. Brace yourselves, and let's dive in.
First of all a quick definition of Swain's fantasy. What should Swain's role be? Most of us would agree here, Swain is a frontline DPS Mage, or a battlemage.
With that in mind, the champion has some "feels bad" aspects that don't fit with that fantasy. While reading these I want you to understand how each of these problems connect with each other.
First. His full AoE kit. Having a full AoE kit means a lot of "ambient" damage. Low single target damage means bad late game, where bursting down a squishy ADC matters the most, AoE abilities have bad AP ratios, and in Swain's Q case, it sort of has "single target", ratio, but it requires the Swain to be in melee range which is pretty hard to do on priority targets like ADCs in late game. Look at Vladimir and Anivia, who have similar AoE levels with Swain in their kits but also have a strong single target spell that maintains their agency throughout the entire game.
This problem is further messed up with R2. R2 provides some amount of burst in a teamfight so Swain can have some good "single target" damage in the late game (R2 is almost always used to burst down squishies with a single combo). But R2 is AoE, so it's gatekeeped behind high base damage and a relatively low ratio so its snowballing potential in mid-game is balanced. But apart from that, with how R2 is right now, Swain's playstyle throughout the game shifts from wanting to fight as long as possible ... to.... go in, use R2, and hope you do enough for your team to clean up. This obviously relates with his E design, which I'll explore later.
Pre-VGU Swain kept a great balance between single target and AoE, with his ultimate being his best AoE damage tool. This brings us to the next problem
For Swain to be a relevant frontliner in all stages of the game, he doesn't need good healing ratio. He needs good AoE damage. The healing, although satisfying in early-mid game, is very easily countered and makes Swain feel useless in later stages of the game, especially in teamfights (ignites are more common/ one person uses GW), where Swain is supposed to excel at.
Look at fiddlesticks. He has one insanely good AoE spell and guess what? That enforces Fiddlesticks players to drop in the middle of the enemy team and destroy everyone. Fiddlesticks doesn't rely on his healing and prayers to succeed in a teamfight, but he relies on decision making and positioning which are things that remain relevant in all elos.
With pre-VGU Swain, we see that his R1 drain had twice the AP ratio of current R1. This means Swain players are further enforced to frontline by doing a lot of AoE to 2,3 + targets. AoE damage and not healing is what makes a DPS mage want to frontline.
Another problem is the unreliability in his E and W abilities, mainly focusing on E.
Don't get me wrong, his E is a very, very strong spell. Perhaps a bit too good, and this is what I'm trying to explain.
The power his E pull has is insane in every stage of the game and one could argue that his pull's agency is what remains high, even in late game. However, a pull / hook is best in a support champion, let's face it. There's a reason every good pull champion is in support. You might not see where I'm going with this yet but hold on. A pull ability has its maximum value when you have more than one person attacking the pulled target, thus why pull champions are always in support. However, those champions that have powerful CC hooks come with a trade off: they do very low amounts of damage.
Swain is trying to be balanced across both support and mid lane. Even though he has a mediocre or a bad hook, it's obvious, just by seeing how Swain's playerbase is distributed, that it's still very powerful when it's followed up by ADC damage or other teammates. So, in the end, both Swain support and mid/top are hurt by this. Swain's ratios are lowered, thus impacting solo lanes, and supports are provided with a mediocre hook, alongside low scaling damage, making him, as stats verify, a good pick in low elo and a very bad pick in higher elos, where supports are very crucial and important.
Compare Swain's current E with his Pre-VGU counterpart, his old W. His old W was not a pull but a AoE similar to current W, but in the end, it rooted instead of slowing. So just by not having a pull Swain's solo lane potential was more favoured, by having higher damage ratios across his entire kit. Furthermore, his W ability was perfect for Swain's role in the game as a frontline battlemage: It was perfect for when people were close to Swain, and it was also perfect as a follow-up from let's say a Zac E or Nautilus Q, followed up with Swain's R , Q , E etc.
About Swain's W. Swain's W alone is a very good spell. It's perfectly designed. However, it further enhances Swain's utility for his teammates and not his own potential. And I think enough power budget is spent in utility, in his E. I think wild rift, keeping in mind the limitations in gameplay because of touch screen and smaller map, it still IMO made a good choice to lower Swain's W range and make its damage scale further if paired with his E.
Next up is the passive. Swain's HP stacking passive favours support a TON. It provides a stat that isn't relying on gold but on hitting an ability (that is easier to hit on a duo lane). That alone helps you understand.
For solo lane Swain the passive makes 0 sense. It made sense for a while after the mid scope... That is, until RoA got back in the game. You see, the only use solo lane Swain has for the passive is early game survivability. 12 HP matter most when you have low max HP. Swain needed this early game survivability because he had no HP from any items until his 3rd item (the core build was Liandrys > Zhonyas back then). This change was not reverted when RoA was re-introduced, so we're stuck with a version of Swain that has low AP damage ratios and high HP, thus not benefitting a lot from RoA, and AP overall, so Swain's build paths slowly evolved into Liandrys > Rylais > (Ocassional) oblivion orb > Tank items. Tank items, although they keep Swain relevant in later stages of the game, still don't make him feel as he should, like in pre-VGU versions of him, and don't really help him stay alive much longer because his R healing scales off of AP.
This leads us to our next problem: low need for AP.
All of the above issues (Avengers, Assemble.) like too much AoE, low AP ratios (which connects with huge AoE), relatively long R cooldown (because of R2), make him be reliant not on AP, but on... spell effects. That's not how a mage should work. Even though these problems are often complained about by Swain players, with band-aid fixes like remove the ability of R to apply spell effects, they are not the core issues. Swain feeling like he "abuses" spell effects is the result of all the above issues listed, combined. It's not the problem itself. His R being a big AoE isn't the problem that makes him feel bad/ feel like he abuses spell effects and nothing else.
And... bad AP itemization.
Swain is an AP juggernaut, but, apart from HP, AP items lack the tankiness he needs. This connects with his passive problem (remember, I told you to try and understand how these problems connect with each other), since now with RoA back, champions like Swain, who need to be able to be in the frontlines, have that needed HP. Swain, either in his kit (passive?) or his items, needs real anti-burst solutions. Swain would love an AP version of Death's Dance. We see that after Liandrys > Rylais, and maybe Zhonyas added to the build, Swain literally has no good AP options for his playstyle. Thankfully, with abyssal mask's rework, Swain is now one of the best users of it, and it's good for magic resistance, but in the case of physical damage, Zhonyas is simply not enough to prevent Swain from getting bursted. However, this might not be needed if all the above problems are fixed. If Swain gains good single target damage, he shouldn't also be unkillable in the late game.
If you're still reading, I want to thank you and conclude with my final point. After all this, try to understand how well designed Swain's pre-VGU kit was. Yes, maybe it felt clunky, yes , the visuals were outdated, but the core kit design which includes stuff like: Q = Single target DoT damage, W = AoE root, E = single target damage multiplier, R = big AoE damage and healing, overall it had a perfect balance between everything. In my opinion pre-VGU Swain could be ASU'ed instead of VGU'ed (maybe with some more number or tiny mechanical touches) and he would be perfectly fine, and Swain's popularity would certainly rise.

Jayson Tatum impacts winning on a level that very few players in the NBA do. And Luka doncic is DEFINITELY NOT one of those few players.
"Luka" stans constantly use excuses like "his team" for his shortcomings and lack of overall impact on winning.
But Luka" has played with porzingus, an all star, and brunson, who by the end of this season was playing at an all nba level.
The thing is though.... When these players were on Dallas, Luka made them WORSE because he's a ball hog who freezes out his teammates and turns everyone into a catch n shoot 3pt shooter.
Everyone else on Lukas teams are expected to do the things that actually win games, like PLAY DEFENSE LOL, box out, get back in transition... Make the right rotations on defense etc...
While "Luka" gets to go out there and shoot as many times as it takes to get his 30, and hog the ball for 20 seconds everytime down court so that when he finally does pass players are forced to shoot the ball basically as soon as they catch it and of course doncic gets the assist
Meanwhile Tatum has the second most gravity in the NBA behind curry
This is Tatum's 4th conference finals, possibly his second finals appearance in 6 seasons
ALL as the Celtics best player in any lost season run they've made.
Tatum could be defending Steph curry or Joel embiid and I STILL think Tatum is going to get a stop
Meanwhile Luka is one of the WORST defensive players in the NBA
"Luka" lol can niether stay in front of anyone on the perimeter OR protect the rim
Doncic gets more assists but Tatum gets his teammates open more often than doncic does
I'm sick of the casual comparison and more Celtics fans need to jump on people that try to say "Luka" is better than Tatum going forward
If the Celtics win the championship this year Tatum will start to be in the all time discussion

I (23f) and my fiancé (28m) were planning on moving in together. My lease ended in April and his ends in June and so we thought that it would work best for both of us to just move in together. Slight hitch is that his brother (33m) was and still is staying with him.
His brother staying with him was never an issue at first because it was always supposed to be temporary, but his brother has slowly disregarded any decency and has sorely overstayed his welcome. Their sister lives about an hour away and has offered on multiple occasions to let him stay with her at their house (with spare rooms) and use their cars rather than staying in my fiancés one bed room apartment. This guy has all but told my fiancé to fuck off and my fiancé refuses to establish any boundaries on the matter despite being clearly put off and at his wits end regarding his brothers blatant disregard of his agency.
So the brother is still there and we’re in May. The brother didn’t move and I also had to facilitate most of my move by myself and ended up needing to use 3 extra days to finish up. Throughout the entire month leading up to this, I asked for help on multiple occasions only to be placed on a back burner all the while juggling everything else. Because the brother didn’t move out, I had to temporarily stay at an airbnb and then ask an uncomfortable favor with my mother who I only just got back on speaking terms with
When all of this happened and was happening our relationship took a hit because I was very stressed out and felt completely alone in the matter considering it was supposed to be our first steps together. It instead turned into me vs everything. We had several arguments and in those conversations my fiancé revealed that he is tired and that it is “too difficult” and asked for a break
The way I interpret a break is very simple: you are not together but somehow still have an attachment to each other and so I suggested a breakup, to which he responded with confusion because to him a break is practically still a relationship but where we don’t see each other as often. So after heated conversations, it came out that he is very hurt and scared about things in his family and how they treat him.
Firstly, I can’t get any sort of comfort from him regarding the hell I just walked through in the month of April. When I try to talk about my feelings and how much it hurt that he was so quick to tap out during our first real struggle it gets shut down and he gets defensive.
I’ve tired my best to be supportive and understanding, but every conversation we have about emotions and communicating doesn’t feel impactful. We have to navigate though a lot to be successful but I feel that everytime something slightly uncomfortable comes up, he folds. In all of this I have no where to seek comfort and support from. I feel like I could be the ass because as his partner I should be able to fill in for his shortcomings and do so happily, but Im not happy

2023.05.29 16:24 Qaztab PSA: Possible PVP option bypass exploit

Just got essentially suckered into a nexus mission with another player to destroy monstrosities. We get to the planet and the player then puts me into a death loop, killing me over and over again with his weapon. I wasn't sure what was going on because I knew I had my PVP set to off. I had to close the game completely to get out of the loop. Then I load up my game, check my options and my PVP options are definitely off. What gives here?
Btw, another player joined in while we were flying to the planet, and I suspect they were in on it too. They were hovering over the abandoned outpost in their ship and showering it with blasts. That might have been what initially killed me, but it was the other player who purposefully put me into the death loop. Every time I spawned back in, I spawned in at the abandoned outpost, and not at the space station, and that player took me out again. Closing out was the only way to escape.
So note to players, if someone's encouraging you to join their nexus mission with various emotes and gifts. Don't do it. In fact, block that player.
Anyone else run into this? And how are they bypassing my PVP option that's set to off(Allow PVP with: No One)?

Takeaways:- Soulblight Gravelords are still the class of the field and have more than one overperforming build.- In the top tier beside our vampire overlords is Blades of Khorne and Hedonites of Slaanesh with OBR, which had something of a return to Earth this week, Kharadron Overlords, and Fyreslayers completing the top of the faction list.- On the opposite end of the table, it continues to be a wretched time for Daughters of Khaine, Cities of Sigmar, and Slaves to Darkness. This week they are joined by the very popular but underperforming Orruk Warclans in the sub-40% winrate category.- A solid performance by Nighthaunt pilots at this week's GTs pulled the faction out of the sub-40% range for the four week period- Next week might be the first week of results with the new Seraphon book- Over the past four weeks, the 18 GTs in the dataset have been won by 11 of the 24 factions showing some diversity in who can win on any given week.

One of the biggest reasons for negative reviews is technical issues. Most of the time, the cause is known, the fix is known, and yet, none of that is able to be shared because comments are off by default.
It's mindboggling that a system that was not only a great help in discussing opinions, helping fellow players, sharing additional context, etc., but also had a severe effort put into it in the first place to make it a reality is just unusable in most cases.
Hell, the people that comments could assist the most are those who don't bother changing the default settings.
This is something that most definitely should be changed.

After 18 months my decree absolute has finally come through and I am officially divorced. So no, I’m not in a struggling relationship and looking for an out or distraction, it’s done and dusted and I want to find someone special. (I find it hard to believe that I have to clarify that part but I guess it’s a thing!)
Now that reflection is done… Hello I’m James a 32 year old from the Uk. I am a teacher (maths and sport) and rugby player very much on the road to recover my after my 3rd rugby related surgery. I have a wonderful 4 year old daughter who I see regularly as the above divorce, though long, has been quite amicable. This leaves me time to find someone special who wants to chat away, share stories and hopefully find that deeper connection and maybe that romantic vibe. Where you come from doesn’t bother me, the world is a small place so long distance isn’t an issue for me right now. I’m certainly not shallow, I tend to get attracted to how you make me feel rather than how you look, I will of course share pictures if you are willing too.
I don’t know what I’m looking for, companionship and friendship sounds amazing, attraction and flirty fun is also great so a bit of everything or whatever we fancy. I’m aware people tend to rush into the NSFW thing and as much as that may be of interest, a connection can’t be built solely on that.
I love walking and adventuring, I camp when the weather in England allows. I’m a sports fan, any and every really. Just re joined the gym as physio has allowed it again. I used to game and still have an interest but not as much as I used to for sure as real life is taking over and I’m enjoying focusing on and finding myself.
In terms of looks 6’1”, on the heavier side but actively working on that after surgery. Hair a bit on the missing side but tend to keep a beard for that balance reason 😂 but relatively rugby thick and strong.

•Okay so far Obscenery is good and I like the spookiness. Gives me songs for the deaf but with the dark and spooky sounds of clockwork and villains •Rn (cause I’m also talking to ***** and my record player’s speakers are ass) paper machete sounds a little too similar but wait rn as I’m typing, it’s giving me self titled vibes •Negative space is giving me a bit of Era Vulgaris but with vocals leading more towards clockwork •Like with the instrumentals, reminds me of turnin on the screw •Okay time and place 👀👀👀 •All I can say is HAUNTING. This album is haunting •The vocals in this song I love, definitely the same feeling as some tracks in clockwork. Tired, hopeless, haunting, drained. •Made to parade reminds me of a song but I can’t remember which one •I think this song could be the MOST like clockwork song possibly? So far to me at least •Carnavoyeur HELLOOOOO. 2023.05.29 16:20 Ok-Rutabaga-3602 Partner was assaulted(?) by bartender.

TLDR: A female bartender tried to punch and threw a glass at my male partner (luckily he dodged both) and also assaulted her coworker before screaming at and berating us.
Last night my partner (M33) and I went to a bar after a festival, the bar was busier than usual because of this which meant we were waiting around 30mins to get served. My partner was about to get served when the guy serving had to leave so another female bartender came. My partner called her attention to let her know he was to be served next (because he already was) she said ok and then went away for a few more minutes before returning and my partner signalled again to remind her as she was going over to someone else.
The bartender lady was already visibly angry with a heavy attitude on arrival before he called to her… and I understand it was busy, a long day or a bad day in her personal life.
We order two ciders (in a bottle) and two beers from the tap (so open and in a cup). She gives us the cider bottles but not the (half full) beer and asks my partner to pay… my partner asks to get the beers first before paying… as is usual in London… she replies with some attitude remark and then takes one the beers to the back and returns with it. At the point my partner was already talking to the rest of the people waiting who saw who all agreed that she went to spit in his drink… whether or not she did spit in it I’m very wary of my drinks leaving my sight because of getting spiked anyway and also I assume bartenders are told not to do this…
My partner assuming she spat in his drink asked for a replacement… she said no and that that beer tap was done now so he asked for a different type. At this point she got extremely angry poured his drink away, told he wasn’t getting served anymore and told the other staff not to serve him too and asked him to pay for the ciders which he did. Everyone at the bar including the other staff knew she was in the wrong and so the young bartender next to her told my partner he would serve him as she was turned away.
She had left at this point for a few minutes and the other bartender served my partner, she comes back and sees and shouts at the young bartender tell him she told him not to serve my partner and grabs him by the collar of his t-shirt. The young bartender was visibly shooken up after this. She then turns to my partner and shouts at him telling him he’s not getting served, she then tries to punch my partner over the bar but he moved out the way and then she throws a plastic cup at him which he manages to avoid hitting him in the face by his hands.
She then runs behind the bar outwards… thinking she is coming after my partner the bystanders at the bar tell my partner to leave (in case he gets angry and retaliates). I didn’t know what was happening so I grabbed my boyfriend and asked what was going on and he told me. By the time he finished she had arrived with the security guard, still shouting and screaming about getting him out (it seemed very personal) on the basis that he didn’t pay for the drinks… but he did. The security guy wasn’t on her level and was trying to be reasonable asking if we had paid… i told him yes and if we haven’t we will now and also tried to explain the assault but she was too busy screaming and causing a scene that my boyfriend was getting more angry and we left.
I’d like to know if there is anything legally we can do here as I’m not sure how much assault is classed as actual assault?
My plan is to write an email to the bar (as I used to go frequently there I know that this is not the usual for that place) stating what happened with the hopes of her getting fired. I am also planning to ask them for the CCTV of the bar (if they have any - I remember hearing that all places with cash registers are meant to have cameras watching) and also ask for statements from the other bartenders who witnessed… especially the one she also assaulted (but i’m aware he might be reluctant to do this).
If I don’t get a response, I would most likely go down there and ask to talk to the manager.
I’m just wondering if there is anything I should do before sending the email, like talking to the police? If there’s anything I should include in the email or ask for?
My partner was very upset about the situation, angry and confused. He still is upset but is trying to forget about it mostly because he thinks he will be blamed or it will get turned on him somehow. I however think it’s important something is done.
For a little context my partner is Indian and the lady was mixed raced or latina… she was treating any of the other bar customers this way (except obviously the bartender) so I’m also thinking it might have been a race issue or a sexist issue because she seemed to have no problem with me or the other female bartenders.

2023.05.29 16:15 Hyewes There is only ONE way to save Overwatch now.

There is ONE way, and one way ONLY, to save Overwatch.
After the recent fiasco that has been the announced cancellation of Overwatch 2’s PvE plans, Overwatch and Blizzard’s customer base has every right to never offer this company their trust, EVER again.
There is a growing body of evidence to suggest that the decision to cancel the project was purely an executive decision, made with minimal respect to the desires and needs of the actual OW2 development team.
Many players who have remained loyal to the project despite delays and empty promises have reached their final straw. Many people are quitting, likely not in numbers that will impact Blizzard’s pockets very heavily in the long term, but enough to represent a very serious backlash.
Players who have remained have grown even more toxic in response to the news than what is typical of the game, playing with and speaking to other players as though the future of the game and its community doesn’t matter anymore. Leavers and throwers seem to be at a strong peak at the moment, with no signs of slowing down. The community is in a decent amount of chaos at the moment, and for excellent reason.
If the game’s upcoming content designed to replace PvE is to flop, the live game may survive overall across the next bunch of years, decade+ even, but it would represent a lifeless shell of what could have been, and there will be nothing left of the truly, once-in-a-generation, universal recognition of Overwatch’s ambitions, quality, and impact on the gaming world at large since it’s initial release.
Blizzard has robbed the community of a beloved game in exchange for empty promises; all for the sake of “better” monetization. This is the safest conclusion for any Overwatch consumer who has invested any money or time in the progression of this game since release to draw.
Let me repeat. The MOST reasonable way for fans to interpret recent events, is that their loyalty is repaid with a deceitful, corporate cash grab. It’s as simple as that, and it is largely unforgivable.
How can they make up for this? How can the community come back together and enjoy this game and each other’s company in a way not seen since the first few years of OW1?
My proposal: Restore Overwatch 1, and maintain it as a separate game.
Re-release the final patch of Overwatch 1, and repackage it as [Overwatch: Classic]. Free to Play, PC only, cracked wide open.
-Expand the Workshop for even more customizability, allowing players to restore old abilities from earlier versions of the game and mix and match them. Anything from Barrier Bastion to Scatter Arrow to Auto-Aim Symmetra. Create presets for older patches and offer even more development tools to allow for player creativity in developing new modes and ways to play.
-Allow for community made maps and mods to be used within community servers, with the main live game running as normal at the forefront, a la Team Fortress 2. Balance updates spread few and far between. Cast remains the same, no characters released in OW2 will make an appearance.
-Revise the loot box AND inventory system. Allow for at least SOME (limited) player to player trading of skins/cosmetics. Allow for multiples of items, rarity tiers for duplicables, kill counters or other unique effects on weapons, cosmetics/customizables, etc. Keep the old loot box system, but create a new class of unlockable boxes for those that want these paid attributes. This would allow for continued monetization of the original game in a familiar, non-controversial way. The community could more precisely determine in-game value of cosmetics through trade, and difficult to obtain skins (Pink Mercy, etc.) could be negotiated between players in a legit way vs having to trade entire accounts for a chance to get limited cosmetics. Again, taking a page out of TF2’s book, while solving a long-standing problem within the game.
-Keep a smaller, dedicated team for Overwatch: Classic. Separate it from OW2, keeping people who are interested in the new heroes and ongoing story elements of Overwatch satisfied, while paying back the people who had a game they purchased, loved, and remained loyal to replaced entirely without consumer-end justification. OW2 continues as planned, and retains both its PC and console player base who are genuinely interested in the continued development of the game. RuneScape by Jagex takes a similar approach to their main project: RuneScape 3. Overwatch was taken so OW2 could exist and thrive. This did not go as planned, and the consumers of Overwatch do not have the game they paid for back in 2016-2022. A “media preservation” argument can be made here, as well as many others, but at the end of the day, many fans just lost a game they loved in exchange for one that they did not ask for. I am happy that OW2 exists, and I think it should continue to as best as the developers can manage, but the original game did not need to go away given these circumstances.
The most respectful, effective, PR power move that Blizzard could take right now, would be to give players BACK the game they paid for. And let them do what they will with it. Let it go, so that both games can prosper. I think this would be a great starting point to rebuilding trust in Blizzard, if it were to be done and done correctly.

Context: The only crafting I ever did was using alt orbs on flasks, and trying to hit a passive skill on a cluster jewel using trans, alt and regal.
This is the first league ever where I am able to generate currency from boss farming. I range between 2 to 3 div/hour which is great for me as a beginning.
I only played Incursions and Delve leagues, never understood crafting, never got my hands dirty. However, it obvious that PoE is crafting-oriented..
I have absolutely no idea how to craft worthy items. I watched 1hr video and another 3hr video (yeah, wow.. it's like studying for my Master's degree) so I kind of understand which mechanics do what, blocking affixes and spending divines, slamming and so on..
First question; how much of a capital/liquidity do I need to start this endeavor?
Second; What items should I start crafting as 'practice' and have a net profit?
Third; Those who craft, I assume you track the market and look for what modifiers are most valuable and you go grab them base items and start crafting?
I know about craftofexile so I'll probably use that first to emulate the crafting process then try in-game to hit these modifiers and start selling items..
Thing is, I am unsure where to start. For those who started from the bottom, mind sharing a roadmap to a fellow 1.2k hours (beginner) player? I understand there's a huge potential and currency income from crafting alone..
Note: I currently have 3div. Spent a fair bit of currency to upgrade my gear recently, but I can get more with a bit of grinding.
